When you describe a health concern, you may share symptoms, timing, and related context. Treat that text as sensitive personal information.
How we use it
Session text is used to generate educational orientation, urgency guidance, and next-step suggestions. We do not sell your health story as advertising data.
Accounts
You can complete a basic session without creating an account. If you later create an account to save history, standard authentication and database protections apply.
Your control
Avoid sharing identifiers you do not want stored (full legal name, phone, ID numbers) inside free-text symptom fields when possible. Contact the founder via your Cofounder workspace if you need a session removed during early testing.
India context
As Med AI grows, we will refine this notice for India’s digital personal data requirements and health-data sensitivity with appropriate counsel. Until then, assume conservative handling and limited retention for product improvement.
